After completing the guide on how to install and register the redBorder client proxy, the next step is to configure it.
In order to configure the claim sensor, you must have preferably the latest version of redBorder Enterprise manager (3.1.80.11) installed and linked, as indicated in the article mentioned above.
Then, after completing all the proxy installation and registration steps, if you go to Sensors, you must see the unclaimed sensor created:
The next step is to create a Claim Sensor in the Redborder manager. The process is the same as shown in this article for LIVE, but in this case, the demonstration will be done on Enterprise edition.
Therefore, yo must press +Add Sensor and +Claim Sensor:
A pop-up window will appear where you must enter a name for the sensor and paste the UUID that you copied before in the field below.
Click on save and wait between 5-10 minutes until the sensor is configured correctly.
You must wait a few minutes to get a green indicator, and then, you can verify that the sensor is working in RedBorder Enterprise.
Sensor registered and claimed.
NOTE: You can delete the unclaimed domain by clicking on the trashcan that appears on the right side.
