Introduction
F-Secure is a cyber security and privacy company that develops and sells antivirus, password management, endpoint security, and other cyber security products and services. Thats why in redBorder we have the pleasure of announcing the compatibility and integration of it multiple solutions with our platform, being able in turn to show all the information collected in our manager in a completely centralized and effective way.
Product Compatibility
RedBorder allows you to collect information from the Internet Gatekeeper solution thanks to its complete compatibility with it, in this way, collect syslog and then process it and display the data in the manager.
To make this possible, we have developed an extension that allows complete integration in a fairly simple way.
Internet Gatekeeper Types of events that are covered:
- The information related to the access log and active monitoring (e.g., connection time, source ip).
- Everything related to the threats detected (e.g., virus name, detection information).
- General information of the platform (e.g., service type).
- Others (e.g., Proxy Error).
Displaying Data in the redBorder Manager
If you click on Add Tab option located in the upper right, and access F-Secure, you can see the available fields that you can add to view its content.
To add the field, you must click on it:
As you can see, you have access to all the information that comes from the data exported from the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper platform:
In this case the status of threat detection is shown.

Current Version and Download
Currently the plugin is in version 1.0. It is compatible with the latest version of the product (F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper 5.50.47) and will be updated periodically:
